Privacy policy
This policy explains what Anchor Stone Services LLC collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
Anchor Stone Services LLC, based in Houston, Texas, is responsible for the information you send through this website. For any privacy question or request, write to sales@anchorstoneservices.com.
2. What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your first name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the subject you choose, and your message. We don't ask for payment details or other sensitive information.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to answer your request: to reply, prepare a quote, schedule a demo or service visit, and follow up on that request. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who helps us
A few service providers handle your information on our behalf, only to run this website and our email:
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
5. Cookies
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to sales@anchorstoneservices.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
